RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds
 of any kind, however we will provide a store credit

RETURN CRITERIA

  • Merchandise must be in it's original condition, with tags intact if applicable
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, free from any scent
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in store credit provided (if approved)
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping
  • Customer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing the return shipping label.

 The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted and Clearance items
  • Under garments including body suits and swim wear
  • Flash sale promos
  • All Accessories (jewelry, hats, sunglasses)

RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS

All returns must be sent back within 10 calendar days of your delivery date. Please ensure your name and order number is provided with the return package.  

Once the return is submitted and approved, a follow up email will be sent with return instructions and shipping address.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless you received damaged or incorrect items).
We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

STORE CREDIT:
Once your return has been accepted and approved,  we will process the store credit within 3 business days.  An email notification will be sent to you with the store credit details.  Store credit does not expire.

EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we can not guarantee exchanges.  Once issued, store credit can be used toward any available merchandise.
